Fees, changes & cancellations

We hate junk fees — so there's no booking fee, ever. Two things shape our cancellation terms: we pay credit card processing fees on every booking whether or not the stay happens, and with only 16 sites, a booking takes a spot someone else who planned ahead couldn't have. To cancel or change, call, email, or text the office — there's no online cancellation.
