Beach RV Pleasure Point rents a limited number of its sixteen full-hookup sites by the month in the off-season, from October 15 to March 15. The park sits on the edge of Pleasure Point, the East Side surf neighborhood of Santa Cruz, across the street from Corcoran Lagoon and a nine-minute walk from the beach.
It suits snowbirds working their way down the coast, remote workers wintering by the ocean, and anyone who'd rather settle in for the season than a weekend.
Monthly stays are arranged with the office through an application and a written agreement. Nightly stays of up to 21 nights are booked online from the sites and rates page.
Monthly stays are off-season only, from October 15 to March 15, and every monthly guest leaves by March 15. Move-offs may be required during your stay. Apply below
Sites, rig sizes and monthly rates
Long-term sites take RVs up to 45 feet. A rig that long fits the three Longboard sites, and the table shows the longest RV each site type takes.

These are starting rates. Your rate depends on your RV and the length of your stay, and rates can change. Metered electric is billed on top.
What a monthly site includes
- Full hookups at your site: 50/30/20 amp electric, city water and sewer.
- Electric on a meter, billed at cost (currently $0.40 per kWh).
- Parking for one vehicle. Additional vehicles cost extra.
- Fast Wi-Fi, free across the park. We can't guarantee any specific speed or performance.
- Use of the coin laundry, the two private restrooms with showers, the fenced dog park and the shared fire pit.
Terms of a monthly stay
- Monthly stays are off-season only. Start and end dates are flexible within October 15 to March 15, and every monthly guest leaves by March 15.
- Move-offs may be required during a monthly stay.
- The minimum term is two months.
- A $1,000 deposit secures your site when you sign your agreement.
- A 12% transient occupancy tax applies to any term of 30 days or less.
- Your RV must be 15 years old or newer, and you need proof of insurance for your RV and your vehicle. Management can approve an exception for a fully restored vintage metal trailer.
- Every monthly stay is subject to availability, a background and credit check, and park approval.
Park rules on a longer stay
Monthly guests follow the same park policies as nightly guests. These are the ones that come up most on a longer stay.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Register visitors with the office.
- Propane grills and propane fire pits are fine at your site. Wood fires and charcoal are not allowed.
