We offer one private, spacious, full-hookup RV spot (sewer, electric 30/50amp, WiFi) next door to Beach RV in a beautiful backyard setting. Located just a 7-minute walk (1/2 mile) from the beach, across from Corcoran Lagoon in the renowned surf hotspot of Pleasure Point.

This is a private rental and not affiliated with Beach RV Park.

Strong priority given to workers serving the public in some fashion here on a temporary / contract basis (e.g. travel healthcare providers, utility contractors, construction workers, emergency workers, public works construction, etc.)

Important Notes

• Self-contained units only (no access to shared bathrooms/showers)
• You must hook-up to sewer – no compost or incinerating toilets!
• The site is not well set-up for young children
• No standard RV park amenities, however, the neighborhood, location, company, and food more than compensate. 
• Monthly rent: $1900-2500 depending on:
  • Rig size (low-end of rates for small Class B only)
  • Number of vehicles
  • Pets
  • Location on property
• Electric included for small rigs, metered for larger rigs (28’+)
• 3-month minimum stay, 6-month maximum (longer possible with required move-offs)
