The Point

Surf breaks, beaches, and blufftop trails — all a short walk from your site.

Santa Cruz's Iconic Surf Neighborhood

Pleasure Point is where the surf culture runs deep and the pace slows down. Killer breaks, blufftop trails, craft coffee roasters, and neighborhood taquerias — all connected by the laid-back, creative energy that drew surfers, artists, and travelers here for decades.

Beach RV Pleasure Point is the only RV park right in the mix.

Rodeo Creek & Corcoran Lagoon

The park sits on the banks of Rodeo Creek, directly across the street from Corcoran Lagoon — a peaceful wetland and birder's paradise. Great blue herons, snowy egrets, and pelicans are regulars here. It's a surprisingly wild pocket of nature tucked between the neighborhood and the coast.

Sand & Surf at Your Doorstep

Head left, right, or just over the bluffs — these are the local-favorite beaches that most visitors never find.

Corcoran Beach (Santa Mo's) 9 min walk

Corcoran Beach (Santa Mo's)

Just over the lagoon, Santa Mo's is one of the less-crowded beaches in Santa Cruz — a mellow neighborhood favorite, and your best bet when you want a little more room to spread out.

26th Avenue Beach 11 min walk

26th Avenue Beach

Known locally as "Two-Six" — a famous shortboard break and a local-favorite strip along the bluff, reached by a hidden staircase down to the sand. Great for swimming, boogie boarding, or watching the sunset paint the south-facing coastline gold.

Sunny Cove 15 min walk

Sunny Cove

A small, sheltered cove tucked between residential streets, with a sandy beach and rocky points on both sides. Local party beach — weekends draw a crowd.

Black's Beach 19 min walk

Black's Beach

A quiet local cut between the bluffs — small, easy to walk right past, and the most tucked-away of the bunch. When the closer beaches get busy, this is the one locals slip off to for a little solitude.
