Extended stays

We DO NOT offer traditional long-term leases, but Beach RV Pleasure Point offers a limited number of seasonal stays in the Fall/Winter ONLY.

We also have private, spacious owner’s spot available next door. Availability is very limited and strong priority is given to public serving workers in the area on a temporary contract (travel health professionals, PG&E contractors, construction workers, etc.)
