Long-term stays
Beach RV Pleasure Point offers a limited number of monthly spaces based on seasonal availability. Stays are 28 days, and repeat guests must leave for two nights before beginning a new term. Rates start at $1,425/month plus electricity and tax, and require an application / background check.
We do not offer traditional long-term leases, but for temporary workers serving the public in some capacity, we have an Owner’s Spot next door. This private, more spacious site allows for longer-term leases, starting at $1,900/month — availability is extremely limited.
