How to Get Here

We’re a compact park with limited clearance for trailers and tow vehicles, so please review the following carefully.

✅ Check-in and arrival are designed to be fully self-service, and if you’ve completed online check-in, you can go straight to your assigned site without stopping at the office. If you have any questions or need assistance, we’re always happy to help—just let us know.

🚐 Site 16 is a pull-through and site 13 is back-in or pull-forward; all others require backing in.

⚠️ To help keep driveways clear, please back your rig in as far as safely possible and ensure all slide-outs, vehicles and equipment stay within your site boundaries.

🅿️ If you have a tow vehicle or second car, park it in front of your rig without blocking the road or neighboring sites.

🌙 Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. If arriving late, please set up quietly.

Directions:

From Hwy 17: Take Hwy 1 South exit, merge on to Hwy 1. In 3 miles, Take the 41st Ave exit and head south toward the beach. Turn right on Portola Dr. Continue about ¾ mile. The park will be on your right.

From Hwy 1 (Pacific Coast Highway): Take the 41st Ave exit and head south toward the beach. Turn right on Portola Dr. Continue about ¾ mile. The park will be on your right.

From downtown Santa Cruz, the Boardwalk, or the Westside: The Murray Street Harbor Bridge is closed for 2025-2026. Please follow the detour:

Head toward San Lorenzo Blvd via Laurel St. or Riverside Ave. Continue on San Lorenzo for ¼ mile. Use the middle lane to turn left onto Ocean St. Turn right onto Broadway. Turn left onto Frederick St. Turn right onto Soquel Ave. Turn right onto Capitola Rd. Turn right on 41st Ave and head south toward the beach. Turn right on Portola Dr. Continue about ¾ mile. The park will be on your right, 2505 Portola Dr.

Parking

Spaces 1 – 3
Park perpendicular and close to your RV. Do not block the driveway.

Spaces 4 – 14
Back your RV all the way into your site, and park your tow vehicle directly in front of it, staying on the gravel as much as possible. Please ensure your vehicle does not impede traffic, block the road, or encroach on neighboring sites, as this can create a hazard for other guests.

Space 15
Park beside your RV on the paved area next to the fence.

Space 16
Park parallel across the driveway in the marked spot labeled #16.

4	Standard Plus	60	14	04: Back-In FHU – Narrow 60′ long – No awnings – Slides: Both sides	Next to the office and the creek, this quiet, back-in, full-hookup 60′ level gravel spot is built for modern big-rigs and can handle up to 42′ 5th wheel or motorcoach. Two slides are a tight fit but enjoy your private creekside space in the back.
5	Standard Plus	60	14	05: Back-In FHU – Narrow 60′ long – Awnings OK – Slides: Both sides	Open your window to amazing birdsong in the morning—you’re right next to Rodeo Gulch, a birder’s paradise! Narrow up front but 20′ in the rear, this 60′ Standard Plus FHU gravel site can fit a big rig or 5th wheel up to 42’ with slides on both sides, but you’ll still be tight. Backing in is a straight shot from the driveway.
6	Standard Plus	60	15	06: Back-In FHU – Narrow 60′ long – Awnings OK – Slides: Both sides	Built for modern long trailers and motorcoaches up to 42’. This comfortable, creekside, FHU gravel site is 14 1/2′ at the front and opens up to 21′ in the back. Awnings and slides on both sides are OK.

This Standard, level gravel site is 41’ long, 16’ at the front and 18’ wide at back. Great for a small trailer + tow, or mid-size RV or motorcoach up to 36’ with no extra vehicle. Enjoy your awning and slides with the wider front and rear.
8	Standard	44	15	08: Back-In FHU – Narrow 44′ long – No awnings – Slides: Both sides	Nestled right against the creek, enjoy the morning birdsong and their evening orchestra from your Pleasure Point base camp. This gravel site is perfect for a mid-large Class C or motorcoach up to 36′, if you have no other vehicle. Slides OK, but no awnings.

10	Standard Plus	42	16	10: Back-In FHU – 42′ long – Awnings OK – Slides: Both sides	A pleasant, wider gravel Standard Plus site—42′ long and 19′ wide in the back—for some extra relaxation space up against the creek. Awnings and slides on both sides are OK. This site will fit a mid-large motorhome, large Class C, or small trailer + tow vehicle just fine.
11	Standard Plus	40	18	11: Back-In FHU – 40′ long – Awnings OK – Slides: Both sides	This Standard Plus site is wider in the front (18’) and the back (20’), so you’ll have a little extra space to spread out and unroll your awning. Level gravel and up against the creek, this site can fit a small-midsize travel trailer + tow, or a large class C. Extra width means your vehicle is a little easier to park within your site, in front of your rig.

Creekside, level gravel, full hook-ups, this site is great for a teardrop or popup + tow, or a midsize Class C or motorhome with no extra vehicle.
13	Standard	31	16	13: Back-In / Pull-Fwd FHU – 31′ long – Awnings OK – Slides: Both sides	This shorty is perfect for a campervan or small Class C with slides. Park front-in to face the creek or back-in to face the park. At 31′ long, you’re nestled against the creek with peek-a-boo views of the lagoon. Comfortable up front (16′) and wide in the back (23′), you’ll have room for your awnings, table, chairs, and propane grill.
14	Snug	25	11	14: Back-In FHU – Very Narrow 25′ long – No awnings – Slides: None	Our smallest, snug, end gravel FHU site is also one of our most popular! This site is 25 long, only 11ft narrow at the front but 18ft at back. Perfect for your campervan, teardrop, or small popup looking for a little more privacy or seclusion. You’re near the street and the creek but shielded and cozy.
15	Standard Plus	35	14	15: Back-In FHU – Narrow 35′ long – No Awnings – Slides: Both sides – Paved	Our only paved Standard Plus site is level and narrow, but with parking adjacent to your rig you get double the width and easy access in and out. Full hook-ups and accommodates most RVs up to 35′ with slides on both sides.
16	Snug	30	14	16: Back-In/Pull-Thru FHU – Narrow 30′ long – No awnings – Slides: 1 side – Paved	Need the basics with a pull-thru? We’ve got you covered. Our snug, paved FHU site fits most RVs up to 28′ with one slide. Easy in and out access. You’ll park your vehicle across the driveway in a dedicated marked spot.
